After the initial up-front work with you to define and agree requirements, we develop an implementation plan which utilises PRINCE2 project management principles, as well as Memex’s own tried and trusted ‘six stage’ project implementation methodology, from ‘Project Initiation’ through to ‘Results Review.’

The aim of the implementation plan is to ensure that the customer gets the right solution for their requirements, and the least possible risk in the solution delivery.

Importantly Memex’s technology is configured to the precise needs of the customer’s environment, so Memex’s Professional Services consultants, who understand every facet of Memex software, play a key role in unpacking and configuring it.

Memex’s consultants will also complete prototyping and testing, working closely with you to ensure the software is correctly implemented and you are happy to sign it off, as well as comprehensive training for the different key user roles, such as power users and system administrators.

They will also assist in defining and implementing a communications and engagement plan to support the rapid take up of Memex by your people, vital for the achievement of ROI.

Once delivered, the Memex Professional Services team complete their activity by handing over the project to the Memex Support team.
