Memex’s distinctive business approach is centered around providing outstanding service to its customers. And, it is this commitment to Memex customers that involves continued efforts in ensuring that the customers’ operations maintain minimal downtime and are addressed immediately.

Memex is very cognizant of the need to minimize the impact of downtime to daily operations. To assist customers, Memex has implemented 3 methods to submit support requests.
To submit a support request, simply:

  • Log the support request online at the Memex Support Self-Service Portal,
  • Call support at 1-888-MEMEXUS,
  • Or, email support directly at support@memex.com.

The Memex Support Self-Service Portal allows customers to have greater access to solutions and immediate status of the support requests that they have initiated.  With the Self-Service Portal, customers are able to log and review support cases, questions and requests at any time.

For each support request, regardless of method used to submit, a record of the request is logged and saved.
