Auditing

Memex provides tools to enable the analysis of every action performed within and in relation to the system. Each time a user carries out an activity (such as performing a search, viewing a record or editing an intelligence report) Memex Patriarch and its component applications log the details of the activity in an audit template.

The Audit Management module provides application administrators with a flexible means of searching for and analysing audit records. The module can also be used to roll back changes to records, allowing users to view records as they were at any point since their creation, including records that have been deleted from their original database.

The Audit capability within Memex Patriarch has been developed with the requirements of high-security organisations in mind, where the ability to identify and evaluate every action within their systems is a baseline requirement.
