A dedicated team of highly qualified Memex support engineers provide both first and second line support to our worldwide customer base. Third line support is provided by the Product Maintenance team who are also responsible for producing maintenance releases of our software.

All Memex support staff are security cleared to the levels required by our customers, and undergo security vetting in line with a National Vetting Policy. All Memex support engineers are subject to a rigorous Memex Certification Programme which gives them an in-depth understanding of all supported products and associated technologies.
