Custody Management Module
Manage custody efficiently and accurately, reducing risk to detainees and case outcomes
Time consuming and complex, custody procedures from initial booking-in to hand-off to case preparation can be difficult to manage efficiently. Coupled with this, is the underlying risk management of the detainees during their detention.
Complicating this further, are regular changes of legislation from evidential and human rights directions, that mean there are significant amounts of information and practices that need to be adhered to. Memex’s solution is unlike those of our competitors, allowing the system to grow organically with these changes while retaining optimal work-flow and processes.
Reducing risk and officer time
Governed by logic and easy interfaces, Memex Custody Management Module includes strict checklists, priorities and timings allowing police officers to deal with multiple elements including property, samples, medical conditions and interpreters with ease.
