- Operations Director from 1997, and subsequently MD from 2000
- Led a successful management buyout in 2001
- Retains a ‘hands-on’ role in technical strategy and advises a number of industry bodies
Mark Gibson – SVP Operations
- Joined Memex in 2005
- Responsible for Memex operations across all geographies: sales, marketing, professional and customer services
- 19 years’ experience in European IT and media
- Worked previously for a global marketing and technical services provider as European Sales Director and Regional Director for Northern Europe
- Prior career in Decision Support consultancy and Business Intelligence
- Wide ranging international experience
Graham Scott – CFO
- Joined Memex in 2006
- Holds responsibility for the financial affairs of the Memex Group including treasury, financial reporting and negotiation and execution of customer and supplier contracts
- Senior positions in variety of organisations – NXD teleconference company, CFO of CRM company (Quadstone), senior manager E&Y Corporate Finance
- Also a qualified Chartered Accountant
Neil Schlisserman – VP Americas
- Responsible for Memex's operations and customers in North, Central and South America
- Held a variety of executive and management positions at organisations such as Sapient Corporation, Deloitte Consulting and American Management Systems
