In recent years Memex has enjoyed global success – expanding in North America, winning contracts in the Middle East and generally bucking the recession trend. Our global success is down to the quality of our products but also down to the talent we recruit.

Memex has a tradition of graduate employment – some of our current senior staff were taken on straight after college. We have an outstanding staff retention rate and we attribute this to the exciting nature of the work and the staff benefits.

Recent intakes of graduates have included technical staff who in the first year, have been exposed to more working with Memex than they would ever have been in larger corporations.
