John Page
John Page graduated from the University of St. Andrews in 1995 with an Honours Degree in Computational Science and joined Memex as an engineer working on UNIX applications and writing software for a new technology known as the Internet.
After five years, having risen to a senior role within the engineering team working with US DOD customers on classified Intelligence and Analytical projects, John moved to work in the newly formed Professional services division as a consultant where he designed, installed and trained solutions for a number of new clients including a large overseas Home-office project and two intelligence systems for large commercial organizations.
John returned to development for eighteen months in 2004 as the architect of a large overhaul of the Memex product base to meet the needs of a specific customer, before returning to the front line: First as US West coast and then as EMEA sales support and business analysis. In this role he has experienced the varying ideas and techniques used by police forces all over the world and using the medium of Memex had been able to cross-pollinate the best ideas between many organizations.
In early 2009 John was promoted to Director of Product Technology with a remit to oversee and guide all technology and platform design decisions to ensure they are aligned with Market requirements. He continues to act as a technical advisor to his fellow directors and professional advocate of Memex technology.
