As the White House released it's report on the Christmas Day Al Queda terror attack, President Barrack Obama is quoted saying, the US intelligence community had the information on the planned attack but failed to "connect the dots".
The challenge for the United States is to connect better with foreign agencies. Steve Serrao, Director of Law Enforcement Solutions for Memex, says there are still trust issues to overcome.
