As the Fusion Centre concept continues to evolve and the technology supporting them hurls light years ahead, we ask, what are the key ingredients for a successful centre? At the time of the 9/11 Terrorist attack in New York there were 35 such centres, now there are over a 100 up and running.

Steve has spent time at dozens of these centres across the US, and coupled with his own background in Law Enforcement, he has gleaned several 'best practices' for consideration.
